Maple Grove-based RPC has finalized the acquisition of the Peracidin product line from Angelini Pharma, a move aimed at consolidating the company’s reach in the peracetic acid market. The transaction allows RPC to integrate these specialized sterilants into its existing dialysis, water treatment, and life science divisions.
This expansion aligns with RPC’s ongoing efforts to advance industry standards, particularly through its active membership in the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation. Headquartered in Tucson with production facilities in Minnesota, the company intends to leverage its technical expertise to uphold the legacy of the acquired product line while ensuring uninterrupted service for its global distribution partners.
