Max Stock Declares Dividend Following Strong First-Half Growth
Max Stock Limited, Israel’s leading discount retailer, posted a 30.4% increase in second-quarter net income, reaching 35.9 million ILS. Driven by a 7% rise in comparable store sales, the company’s performance prompted the board to declare a one-time dividend of 50 million ILS, or 0.36 ILS per share.

For the first six months of 2026, the company reported a 15.5% revenue increase to 780 million ILS, with net income totaling 85.8 million ILS. CEO Ori Max credited the results to a combination of merchandise variety and investments in distribution capabilities. While net financing expenses rose due to losses on dollar hedging transactions, the company maintains a solid cash position of 132.5 million ILS. The dividend is scheduled for payout on September 9, 2026, to shareholders of record as of August 18.
