After six years steering the company's fiscal direction, Sarah Glickman is stepping down as Criteo’s Chief Financial Officer. The commerce intelligence firm announced today that current Chief Strategy Officer Connor McGogney will assume the role on August 10, 2026, marking a shift in executive leadership at the New York-based company.

Komasinski credited McGogney for his role as a trusted partner in long-term strategic planning and capital allocation. Glickman will remain with the firm as an advisor through the end of September to ensure a smooth transition. During her tenure, which began in 2020, she was recognized for strengthening the company's financial foundation and driving operational discipline during a period of significant corporate transformation.
