Speaking at the 2026 Summer Davos in Dalian, He Mingke emphasized that the national focus must shift from reactive post-incident claims to proactive, long-term health management. The goal is to delay functional decline and reduce disability risks by intervening earlier in the aging process. To bridge this ten-year health deficit, Ping An is introducing the China Health Longevity Index and a new white paper, "Centenarian Health Standards," developed alongside the Asia-Pacific Longevity Medicine Society.

These initiatives are part of a broader "integrated finance + health and senior care" strategy designed to move beyond traditional insurance boundaries. Recent deployments, including AI-powered express services and emergency assistance tools, represent an effort to integrate financial protection with tangible, high-quality senior care, ensuring that longevity is defined by improved quality of life rather than just added years.
