Century Communities Expands Austin Footprint With New Evelyn Development

Priced from the $300s to the $500s, Century Communities’ new Evelyn development in Northeast Austin offers 25 floor plans across three distinct collections. The project, which opened June 13, emphasizes proximity to the city's tech corridor, specifically targeting workers at nearby manufacturing sites like Tesla and Samsung.

The debut of Evelyn comes just one week after the developer launched its Cloverleaf project in South Austin. The new community features both ranch and two-story layouts, ranging from 1,388 to 3,304 square feet, with configurations of three to six bedrooms. Prospective buyers can currently tour two model homes—the Bristol and the Heron—to view the open-concept designs and included smart home technology.

Division President Paul Kwiatkowski stated that the rapid succession of new projects reflects an effort to align housing availability with the region's current employment geography. Beyond residential units, the site includes a pool, splash pad, playgrounds, and various trail systems. The builder is also leveraging its digital sales platform at the site, allowing customers to reserve homes and sign contracts electronically.
