The deal integrates ABC Block Company’s established service footprint—spanning Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri, and Mississippi—into Suncrete’s existing logistics platform. ABC brings five decades of regional experience, a move Suncrete CEO Randall Edgar expects will bolster local market expertise and service consistency. By absorbing the supplier’s operations, Suncrete aims to strengthen its role in the construction value chain across the U.S. Sunbelt region.
Suncrete Acquires ABC Block Company to Expand Sunbelt Footprint
With the acquisition of Little Rock-based ABC Block Company, Tulsa-based Suncrete, Inc. has added a fleet of 40 delivery vehicles to its distribution network. This move marks the fifth strategic purchase for the ready-mix concrete firm since its public debut on the Nasdaq exchange this past April.

Executive Chairman Ned N. Fleming, III, noted that the acquisition aligns with the company’s stated growth roadmap, which was formalized during its recent de-SPAC process. Suncrete continues to pursue an aggressive expansion strategy, leveraging a decentralized plant network and tech-enabled dispatch systems to capture market share in high-growth residential and commercial sectors.
