RSM Incorporates Mexican Firm into Transatlantic Platform

RSM has reached an agreement in principle to integrate its Mexican practice into its transatlantic partnership, a move designed to fortify the network’s presence across critical North American trade corridors as middle-market companies increasingly demand synchronized cross-border consulting and tax services.

The expansion links RSM Mexico with existing partnership entities in the U.S., UK, Canada, and Ireland. The combined network now aligns more than 25,000 professionals, generating over $5 billion in aggregate annual revenue. This structural shift is part of a broader strategy led by CEO Brian Becker to build a $10 billion partner-owned multinational platform.

For RSM Mexico, the integration provides its 1,200 local professionals with direct access to the partnership’s centralized governance and expanded consulting capabilities. Managing Partner Alfonso Elias noted that the move allows the firm to better support clients navigating complex shifts in supply chains and regional nearshoring. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals and final closing conditions.
