Beginning June 15, 2026, the partnership aims to overhaul the company’s internal design culture, mentor emerging talent, and cement the brand’s reputation for accessible, high-end aesthetics.

Target executives hope the collaboration will sharpen their merchandising authority by embedding Mizrahi’s expertise directly into product development. Working alongside Senior Vice President of Design Gena Fox, the designer will advise on innovation milestones and scout for new partnership opportunities. The strategy hinges on a belief that design should remain a democratic experience, accessible to the mass market without sacrificing sophistication.

Beyond product consultation, Mizrahi is set to launch an internal mentorship program this summer.
