The integration provides health systems with a direct procurement path via the Microsoft Marketplace, enabling organizations to apply their existing Azure commitments toward Tucuvi’s services. This move addresses the growing demand for a unified platform capable of handling both patient access tasks, such as scheduling, and high-stakes clinical responsibilities like medication adherence and post-discharge monitoring.
At the center of the platform is LOLA, a clinical voice AI agent that conducts natural language conversations with patients. Unlike standard customer service tools, Tucuvi’s technology is built on evidence-based protocols and holds a Class IIb Software as a Medical Device certification in the European Union. Currently, the system supports over 50 distinct workflows across 80 health settings, allowing care teams to maintain oversight while automating routine clinical interactions.
