The company’s quarterly revenue reached $4.8 billion, representing a 4% increase as reported and a 5% gain on a constant currency basis. Northern Europe also emerged as a bright spot, showing strong year-over-year revenue gains and improved operating unit profits.
ManpowerGroup Earnings Surge as Leadership Transition Looms
ManpowerGroup reported third-quarter 2026 earnings of $34.1 million, a sharp recovery from the $18 million recorded during the same period last year. As the Milwaukee-based staffing giant navigates a complex global market, it also confirmed that Becky Frankiewicz will assume the CEO role on January 1, 2027.

Despite these gains, the bottom line was pressured by restructuring costs, strategic transformation expenses, and non-cash currency translation losses linked to hyperinflation in Argentina. These factors impacted earnings per share by $0.30. Excluding such items, the company’s adjusted earnings per share reached $1.01, a 24% increase in constant currency. Management expects diluted earnings per share for the fourth quarter to land between $1.03 and $1.13. As Jonas Prising prepares to transition to Executive Chair, the firm continues to prioritize cost-cutting initiatives and digital transformation to maintain momentum in a volatile economic landscape.
