Infotech Rebrands and Acquires Zluri to Launch Data-Driven Advisory

Infotech, formerly known as Info-Tech Research Group, has launched its new API-driven CIO Analytics platform while completing the acquisition of SaaS management provider Zluri. The move signals a strategic shift for the 30-year-old advisory firm toward integrating live operational data directly into its research and consulting services.

Infotech Rebrands and Acquires Zluri to Launch Data-Driven Advisory

The launch of CIO Analytics represents a departure from traditional, static advisory models. By connecting directly to a member's internal systems, the platform provides tailored insights based on real-time performance data rather than generalized best practices. The service currently features modules for Service Desk Analytics, Application Discovery, and Identity Governance.

Integrating Zluri, a startup founded in 2020, provides the technical foundation for these new capabilities. Zluri’s tools for managing software spend and access governance will be embedded into the broader Infotech ecosystem. CEO Tom Zehren noted that the platform aims to bridge the gap between commoditized AI-generated information and specific, actionable organizational intelligence.

Infotech has seen significant momentum, reporting that its annual revenue has surpassed 300 million USD following a 340 percent growth period over the last seven years. The company plans to continue expanding the platform with additional modules designed to help IT leaders manage risk and operational efficiency. While AI assists in drafting deliverables, the firm maintains that human analysts will remain central to interpreting data and prioritizing strategic actions for its global base of over 30,000 members.
