The Kuala Lumpur-based agricultural technology firm confirmed that the consolidation process is scheduled for 12:00 am Eastern time. Shareholders holding fractional portions will receive one full share to account for the adjustment. Additionally, all outstanding stock awards, options, and warrants will be proportionally adjusted to reflect the new share structure, according to the company's filing.

While the split alters the share count and price, the total value of shareholder equity remains unaffected. VStock Transfer, LLC has been designated to assist holders of physical certificates with the exchange process. Following the transition, the company will operate under a new CUSIP number, G0136M119, to track the updated equity distribution.
