YFORE Begins U.S. Production of Digital Key Systems in Georgia

YFORE Technology has officially launched mass production of its digital key systems at a new facility in Suwanee, Georgia, marking the company’s first localized manufacturing footprint in North America. The site produces automotive-grade access solutions designed to integrate seamlessly with global vehicle standards and cloud-based security architectures.

The Georgia plant focuses on the company’s end-to-end access technology, which fuses Bluetooth Low Energy, Ultra-Wideband (UWB), and NFC protocols. By leveraging Bluetooth 6.0 Channel Sounding alongside UWB, the system achieves centimeter-level spatial precision. This configuration addresses industry-wide issues like signal latency and relay-attack vulnerabilities, extending radio frequency connection ranges by 30 percent compared to conventional setups. The system enables automated hands-free functionality, including welcome activation at 10 meters and passive locking at 6 meters.

Beyond basic entry, the hardware utilizes UWB anchor reuse to support additional safety features. Through software updates, the system can enable in-cabin occupant detection, kick-sensing, and low-power sentry modes. The product portfolio also includes NFC-enabled hardware compatible with smartphones and wearables, alongside customizable physical fobs finished in materials such as ceramic and leather. This expansion into U.S. manufacturing supports YFORE’s goal of providing agile, near-shore supply chains for its network of over 30 global automotive OEM partners.
