After a career spanning five decades, co-founder David Osage is stepping down as president and CEO of Equity Technology Group. Osage, an ASME Fellow with a background at Exxon and BP, co-founded the firm in 2002. He will now serve as a Technical Fellow, focusing on integrating advanced fracture mechanics and thermal analytics into industry codes and standards. His shift marks a planned leadership evolution for the company, which specializes in consulting and software for the refining and petrochemical sectors.

Magyari steps into the role with a track record of driving revenue growth and refining ESOP governance during her time as executive vice president. Chairman Arthur Anton noted that her deep familiarity with the company’s operations makes her the logical successor to maintain the firm’s focus on technical excellence. Magyari plans to prioritize team support to facilitate the firm’s ambitious five-year growth targets.
