Clearwater Inventor Designs Dual-Purpose Towel Clip

A Florida-based inventor has developed a patent-pending towel clip designed to anchor beach towels against high winds while doubling as a mobile advertising platform. The device, currently in the prototype stage, aims to solve the persistent issue of wind-blown linens at pools and resorts by offering a customizable, secure fastening solution.

The invention, designated as TLS-1419, targets the hospitality and recreation industries, including waterparks and hotels. By integrating a customizable surface into the clip's mechanism, the design allows businesses to display branding directly on the hardware securing guest towels. The creator, based in Clearwater, designed the unit to remain user-friendly while providing a functional upgrade over existing market options.

InventHelp, the organization managing the submission, is currently marketing the device for licensing or direct sale to manufacturers. Interested parties can review the prototype and technical specifications through the company’s Pittsburgh office. The project is specifically seeking partners capable of scaling production for commercial use in large-scale venues.
