The company plans to deploy the $87 million in projected net proceeds toward scaling global production and accelerating research into advanced copper foil technologies. Currently, Londian Wason maintains the world's largest designed annual capacity for electrolytic copper foil, reaching approximately 180,500 metric tons across six manufacturing sites as of late 2025.

Market dominance remains a core pillar of the firm's expansion. According to Frost & Sullivan, the company captured a 7.6% global market share in 2025, supplying over 111,985 metric tons of lithium-ion battery copper foil to major manufacturers including CATL, LG Energy Solution, and Panasonic. Financial performance reflects this scale, with the company reporting 2025 revenue of approximately $1.565 billion and an Adjusted EBITDA of $124.2 million. Cantor Fitzgerald leads the underwriting team for the offering, which is expected to close on August 13.
