The QKS Group report evaluates vendors based on technological sophistication and tangible customer impact. Resolve earned its top-tier designation through its Agentic Resolution Fabric, a platform that unifies AI-powered knowledge, automated workflows, and assistive agents. This architecture allows enterprises to detect, diagnose, and resolve technical issues across cloud, network, and business operations with minimal human oversight.

Dave Hawkins, CEO of Resolve, noted that the industry is transitioning from isolated automation toward autonomous systems capable of interpreting intent and orchestrating work across the enterprise. Analyst Gaurav Kumar of QKS Group validated this strategic direction, pointing to the platform's ability to support end-to-end incident resolution in fragmented IT landscapes. By deploying these tools, organizations aim to decrease ticket volume, lower mean time to resolution (MTTR), and ultimately move closer to a zero-ticket operating model.
