Starting at 9 a.m. most Saturdays, the Mooresville-based Cottage Grove Bakery has begun serving its handcrafted, small-batch pastries at the newly established Josh’s Farmers Market. The pop-up residency brings a rotating menu of sweet and savory rolls, tarts, and cookies to the market’s permanent location on Joe V Knox Avenue.
This partnership aligns with the history of Josh's Farmers Market, a family-run staple that has served Mooresville since 1990. After years of operating from temporary sites, the market moved to its permanent home at 142 Joe V Knox Avenue in June 2026. Beyond the Saturday market, Cottage Grove Bakery is scaling its operations across the Lake Norman area, providing breakfast and brunch catering for office meetings, client gifts, and corporate events.
